Winter sets in with full fury, creating harsh work conditions and slowing down the job. Even so, we stayed
on site, working through it whenever possible.

Not even 3 feet of snow could stop 62 year old builder, Chuck Dudley, as he works from the 2nd story scaffold.

Decks framed and finished.

Construction completed, logs stained and finish work in place -- there was now time to marvel at the beauty of a properly built Sing Log Home.

Beauty of solid vertical grain Douglas fir Sing flooring and richly stained Douglas fir trim, completes the look of the interior.

Real ash wood cabinets and wrought iron light fixtures, highlite a kitchen worthy of any country log home.

The harsh weather related challenges of this job were frequently relieved by visits from some local inspectors,
who wandered in and out of the house, unfazed by the work going on around them.
